1. What constitutes an 'imperfect' piece?
Imperfect pieces are either cosmetically imperfect or, in the case of jewelry boxes and heart keychains, may not fit perfectly together. These pieces are discounted anywhere between $2-$20.
2. When can I expect my order?
Orders are shipped out Monday thru Friday. Tracking information will be sent out after item is shipped. It should arrive in approximately 3-5 business days with standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states.
3. Is local pickup/delivery an option?
I have done local delivery, but I am not entirely comfortable doing so. I don't have it listed as an option for that reason. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
4. Are your pieces vegan/cruelty-free?
My resin is vegan as far as I know, however, it is not cruelty-free. I'm not happy about that either. The black cords I use in some of my necklaces are vegan and cruelty-free to my knowledge. My clay pieces are not vegan.
5. How often do you add new listings?
I do one big update once a month instead of weekly.
6. Where do you ship?
We only ship to the United States at the moment. We are based out of Illinois at the moment.
